oldscool rocks!

I took an interest in music in the 60’s at an early age. At age 7, being influenced by The Beatles, I got my first acoustic guitar. I began taking lessons even though the instructor thought my hands were still too small to play a full sized guitar and quickly proved that to be wrong. I eventually got my first electric guitar and microphone and began singing and playing. I played with many area musicians in numerous garage bands. My  main influences were Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Kansas, Boston, Zappa, VH and more.

I co-founded the band “Icarus” in the 70’s. I had the opportunity in the late 70’s to join a  working rock band full time but passed on it ( thank God) for a steady job with benefits! I took a hiatus in the 80’s and 90’s to raise a family, but  missed playing tremendously, so I started putting something together which was “Cold Feat” for a while but eventually turned into “Oldscool”.

My interests include riding my harley, building and driving hot rods and classic  cars, and playing my guitars.
